Cliff has been working at Prairie for about a year now but got his start cooking when he was only 5 years old.
Cliff loves to eat buche street tacos but his favorite meal to cook is ramen.

Cliff's ideal Sunday is driving around aimlessly but at night he usually ends up at karaoke.

While in the kitchen you will find Cliff using a Shun knife.

Although cooking is his passion, Cliff loves to sing. He was in choir in high school and has been in many bands. In the kitchen Cliff sings while cooking...its fun to watch.
